The Philanthropic Center for the Arts, AKA "The Vortex", is a privately funded venture. It's purpose is to facilitate and empower people who are working for positive social change at a grass roots level through providing a performance/event space at low cost.
Our purpose is to support individuals, groups, or organizations who seek to raise awareness on issues they think are important to a better community. We invite all participants to think of solutions in a long-term model of sustainability. How are we going to transform the way we think and live?
We invite promoting the idea of joining people in a common consciousness.
